Mixed feelings on vinyl order

I ordered a limited edition box set and a couple of vinyl records from the '2 for 25 vinyl' deal. The ordering process online was straightforward, no issues there. The box set arrived in perfect condition, which was great since I'd pre-ordered it. However, one of the vinyl records had a slight seam split on the sleeve, likely from transit. It wasn't major enough to return, but still a bit disappointing. Delivery took about 9 days. The customer support section on the website was clear for returns, but I didn't use it this time. I'd still consider ordering again for their exclusive items, but maybe they could improve on vinyl packaging for better protection.

Decent selection, minor wait

I picked up a couple of Blu-ray movies from their '3 for 30' offer. The selection was pretty good, found what I was looking for. Delivery took about 8 days to reach California, which was a bit longer than I hoped for, but not terrible. Everything was packed securely, so no damage. Customer service didn't need to be contacted. I'd shop here again, just plan for delivery time.

I bought the '3 for 50 4K Ultra HD' deal for my first order. Got three movies I wanted, like the 'Dune' 4K. It felt like a solid saving compared to buying them individually. Shipping was reasonable, arrived in about a week. Overall, a good experience and worth the money spent.

This was my third order from HMV, I got a new turntable this time. Just like before, the item was well-packaged and arrived without issues. Their shipping times have always been pretty consistent for me, usually under 7 days. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and they usually have exclusives I can't find elsewhere, like that particular record player model. Good to see they're still dependable.
